For the first time since my leg injury, today I did the exercise bike as I had been doing it beforehand, with no problem So I think my leg is basically better and I can put it behind me, and just get back to what I was doing before... but this time with no jogging/running. It's a real relief because being put out of action when I was just starting to make progress was very annoying and depressing.
