Correct - I'm not going to rule out with certainty the possibility that I would do something if told to by the creator of the universe. That's a no-brainer. You guys probably picture yourselves standing up to him defiantly, when you'd likely be pissing your pants and trying to run away.

That relates to my answer for #8. If documents predating the NT docs were found showing a progression of Jesus from simple itinerant preacher, I might question my beliefs. But we don't see that. Things like Q get tossed about so long that they're treated as if they exist, despite no real evidence - you guys should look in the mirror when you bring up #7.
