The Bible tells us that the distance between heaven and hell is so great it can't be crossed. Heaven being the place of perfection can not by necessity see or hear what happens in hell. They are locked into an inescapable hell, we're allowed to travel the entire new creation meaning that hell is outside heavens dimension.
