If god's power is limited, then he is not omnipotent. You can twist definitions and go through as many mental gymnastics as you want, but you can't change the fact that god cannot be all powerful and limited at the same time. He may be far more powerful than anyone here on earth, but still not all powerful.
Being more powerful than all others makes Him all powerful, thus omnipotent. God can't destroy himself because He is eternal, this is not saying He's not omnipotent, it's a statement of impossibility. Nothing nor anyone can destroy God, this makes Him omnipotent. God can't lie, you choose to, this doesn't make God omnipotent to the contrary it makes Him omnipotent.
Again, you are being dishonest in your definition of omnipotent. If you are just going to keep doing that there's really nothing more I can say. Being more powerful does not make one all powerful, and no amount of lying can make that go away
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
