I would say that was a gross misuse of election law and if I were the citizen involved, I'd complain him.
I think (but I could be wrong) that the US has laws prohibiting electioneering at or near a polling station.

So, it seems as if the moderator was simply doing what he’s supposed to do, and there doesn’t seem to be any reason to tag him as ‘a right wing nut job’. In any case, the woman was allowed to vote.
Stupid fucking law then. And I bet if the woman was wearing a maga hat nothing would be said.
