I got that off MSNBC, in the morning after.
News sources can be slightly off early on and vary. Just like when you have a mass shooting event, and reports come in at first that this many got shot, this many died, and then time goes on and the reports get revised.
The point is I'd hope we'd agree that even if it were only an hour and a half or two hours, elderly people should not be standing in 23degree temperature for that long, and that is not including the wait time getting in, the event itself.
