I agree that hate radio grew from fear of Bill's success and became the propaganda machine that excreted Trump.
It isn’t so much that she was a bad choice, she was the only choice. After Biden decided not to run, who were they left with but Clinton? Sanders? Pete Buttigieg? NO ONE but Clinton had the remotest chance of beating anyone the Republicans fielded.
Be fair - she managed to turn what otherwise would have been a Trump landslide into a squeaker.

At the moment there isn't a single republitraitor politician who can win a free and fair election, hasn't been since 2000. In 2000 they had to steal Florida to win, in 2004 c. 2.5m votes, in 2008 & 2012 they lost despite stealing millions of votes, in 2016 they "won" mainly by stealing ten million plus votes (that's nearly ten percent of the eligible voting population right there), in 2020 they lost again despite doing exactly what they did in 2016 so next time round they're not even going to be subtle. If you don't turn a nice shade of pink in the slightest bit of sun (and even then if you're young or have ovaries but no husband you'll still be shat upon from a great height by Cruz) you're vote is going to be gone in any state where the party of treason holds any sway.
That's the state the US is in, and if the latest strategy doesn't work expect them to go full 1934 with a brownshirt standing behind every voter making sure they vote "correctly", under pain of, well, pain.

He's actually right on point one, the US is an oligarchical semi-monarchical republic. It is currently (in Roman constitutional terms) at the stage where Marius and Sulla are leaving the stage and Pompey, Crassus and Caesar are entering onto it.
