Excuse me. Some guys roll into town, and butcher everyone a girl knows and loves. Possibly right in front of her. Then one of the ones who killed her parents/friends/ect decides to drag her off somewhere, and maybe give her a month to mourn before saying he's going to fuck her. At what point would you think the girl decides she loves this person, and wants to be anywhere near him?
Granted this wouldn't be considered rape back then. There are people in the modern day that still think you should be able to do whatever you want to your wife's body, and it wouldn't be considered rape. But that doesn't mean this is an improvement on the life of the person who is a sexual captive of a guy who killed her loved ones and destroyed her life.
