Not entirely.
Two important things to consider: 1) The hard-core Trumpers and most die-hard Republicans aren't going to see anything that's wrong. But those aren't the people who decide elections. Undecided moderates, especially in battleground states, those are the ones who actually decide elections and I think more of them see what he's doing wrong. Also, 2) Low voter turnout helps Trump and a lot of progressive minded people who didn't previously vote are showing up, especially racial and ethnic minorities (that's how Roy Moore lost). If the democrats really want to win, this is what they need to do: encourage people to vote, try to make it easier to vote, try to help them get whatever documentation or identification they need to vote and get them to vote.
