Interesting enough, is that it talks about the forehead being what is sinful. Today we know it's that part of the brain that in it really lies the final decision making. The frontal lobe is where it's at, however, this can be metaphorically perceived as in the spiritual image of the person has become that of a liar, and we don't necessarily have to go the scientific miracle route every chance we have.

This Surah is very short, but shows humans are in need of guidance, surely they know God sees them, but turn aside and see themselves sufficient at the same time. 

Guidance outside of human nature, reason, and other humans? No, it doesn't show that. Matter of fact, it doesn't 'show' jack shit. It points out a common fact of human existence. Consider me underwhelmed.

How they know God sees them is through his name, the same name they read through and reason through and talk through and understand each other through.

It doesn't actually say this, but I'll take it on faith that it's something you will get to later, so long as you will be exceedingly clear on what you mean by this. If you're just going to waffle about vague metaphors or equivocate on this, I don't think we should be having any of it. So, what exactly do you mean by His name and what do you mean when you write that we 'see' through his name. Since seeing doesn't involve names and can only be metaphorical, you're already off to a bad start.

Logic ultimately is characteristic linked and not separate from his name.   All knowledge also is in realms then to be learned in scope of his name.

Bullshit. This is nothing more than pre-suppositionalist nonsense, and essentially ends up begging the question, which is essentially vacuous. Show, don't tell.

Yet Muslims saw it incumbent to obey sinful rulers. This surely is a sign among many that will make the case to their opposition and heedless recitation of Quran!
