I've noticed that a couple of members are still able to use N**GER in it's full glory without apparent repercussion.
Just to be clear.....Am I permitted to do this as well, so long as am I "discussing" the word N***GER?

Adding to clarify:

In the case of this forum, the slur (and others with the same history) won't be allowed unless in a discussion about the words themselves, and even then in moderation. We won't be gatekeeping who can say it and who can't. The rules apply equally to everyone.
