And Nina Teicholz is, as you know if you have watched the video I made, also making a whole bunch of fringe claims which don't follow even if you assume saturated fats don't cause heart disease, among other things, that cow's milk (which contains a lot of calcium but little to no vitamin K) doesn't cause heart disease and that butter (containing a lot of trans-fat) doesn't cause heart disease. So, yeah, it's safe to assume no nutritionist agrees with Nina Teicholz.
