Ok. What about someone who's fooling around with their gun and they accidentally shoot themselves? Do we let them into the emergency room even though their stupidity could have easily been prevented and wouldn't take years to fix like it would for an obese person losing hundreds of pounds? If we start playing these games of let's let in this moronic person but not that moronic person, it won't look pretty. What about a gang member who gets shot doing his gang thing? Do we give him medical treatment? We give everyone medical treatment. Full stop.
