Aldi's had 3 mini-pizza crusts at the store, so I bought those and some mozzarella cheese. Hopefully, I'll get to these this time. And I've got enough uncooked sausage laid back in the freezer for 100 pizzas. I've got sweet Italian sausage and banana peppers. That sounds like a good combo. And I can do all the preparation in my new, 25-liter air fryer.
I go through spells of buying the mini pizza crusts and other makings. It's kind of nice to be able to make a pizza that's just the right size for one. I like minimal sauce and lots of cheese. I normally get pepperoni that I cut into smaller pieces and sometimes I add olives. I like to bake for a while and then broil so the pepperoni and cheese brown up a bit. In fact, that might be what I have for supper tonight...thanks for the idea.
