RE: TX social media censorship bill
Texas has become a communist state for not letting business do whatever it wants is Republicans would be chanting if a Democrat governor had done this to any other business.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has signed a bill that aims to stop social media companies from banning users or nixing posts based solely on political opinions — the latest salvo by Republicans, who claim that these tech giants are censoring conservative users.

"We will always defend the freedom of speech in Texas, which is why I am proud to sign House Bill 20 into law to protect first amendment rights in the Lone Star State," Abbott said in a statement.

So if you have a bakery you have the freedom to object to what is written on your cakes, but if you have a website you are forced to have whatever people write on it.
Yup you have the freedom to deny protected classes service but don't you dare tell the Transphobes to stop the internet bullying  Dodgy
