My dear old mum advised me " Never write letters or such when you're drunk or angry" I learned the hard way over many years. So much easier to fuck up with the immediacy of the internet. But, your post seems lucid enough to me. However, 'laconic' isn't a word which popped into my head.
For me it is in that instance. While I'm not always the most chatty in person, on paper I am very prolix. Oh and I like typing drunk every so often, my spelling tends to be slightly better because I'm trying to concentrate, and I tend to be less circumspect. When I've the beer in, I don't hold back on what I really think.
