I don't agree with how the protests are done in such a "vulgar" fashion, it does not really serve much of a purpose than to objectify themselves even further.

Nudity is not vulgar and they would not be objectified if they were not already viewed as objects. However, I do disagree with the method of protest for reasons already mentioned. I do not disagree to the point of objecting to it. I simply do not find it effective.

It certainly is ineffective.

I am certainly uninterested in crossing that picket line.

I completely agree. If the point you want to make is, "I feel like the only way you will listen to me is if I have my shirt off." it's great. As a way to actually get people to listen, it does nothing. What it actually says is, "I have such little faith in my ability to sell my agenda that I have to remove my clothes." In an ideal society, the shirtless aspect would mean absolutely nothing, but no society is ideal.

I don't find Nudity the vulgar nor be objectified. We all born naked - so why do we have to live with our self-delusional shame over nudity entirely based humanity culture?

Well, people probably didn't even listen much to whatever they were saying.
I didn't even look at their topless pictures, because I know what breasts look like, and I don't really need to see them as much as I do every day via one or other internet site.

People dress for a reason. Even in places where some nudity is tolerated, like in parts of africa, people still cover their genitals, the least.
Exposing yourself to people you don't know is not a good thing in my opinion.

It's not really about vulgarity. This is just my opinion, but I think it is, and always has been, about covering up vulnerability. Your genitals are extremely vulnerable to just about everything, including weather. Enough sunburned penises were probably enough to get cavemen making loincloths.
