If I'm a murdering nonbeliever, does that mean I get sent to purgatory?
If today you can take a thing like evolution and make it a crime to teach in the public schools, tomorrow you can make it a crime to teach it in the private schools and next year you can make it a crime to teach it to the hustings or in the church. At the next session you may ban books and the newspapers...
Ignorance and fanaticism are ever busy and need feeding. Always feeding and gloating for more. Today it is the public school teachers; tomorrow the private. This is the same nonsense I've got told by some Christians and they still have the nerve to claim that Jesus and the God of the Bible are the highest form of justice and goodness - a God that first and foremost only really cares if you love, worship and acknowledge him, and everything else you do is of trivial importance compared to that. That makes God and Jesus extremely vain and malevolent. tThe concept of hell doesn't scare me because I know its all BS anyway but I guess it could intimidate some agnostics RE: The Fear Card

If you think about it without prejudice (I know, I know, that's impossible to expect from a Xtian...) Hell is sooo much more appealing than Heaven! All the interesting people go to Hell. All the party lovers. All the horny broads...! Etc. etc. So guess what they all will be doing all day everyday, into eternity!  Party time! Shame hell is fake too, isn't it?
