What time do you go to bed?

I usually go to bed, to sleep, from between 8.30-9pm. I go to bed this early because I'm bored of being awake.

How about you? What time do you go to bed, to sleep?

Well, today it was 102F outside,so I stayed inside and had a nap for most of the afternoon. That means I will now be awake until 2 -3AM.

Normally,sometime between 11 and midnight. Seldom rise later than 8am. The Red Cross calls between 8 and 8.30 every morning too make sure I'm still alive. (This is a free service for people living alone.)

It depends solely on what I have been doing during the day

Regular sleep time is anything around 22:00 BUT for days when I have been physically active 21:00 is the norm.

These times do not include days when I have had asthma episodes and the subsequent backlash from medication

Wake time is anything between 6:00 and 8:00

Usually between midnight and 2am. I get up for work usually between 6am and 7.

I go to bed around 22:00, but fall asleep aroung midnight, except on nights out, altough those have less frequency... Unemployed->Cut on expenses (not savings)
