Hello all, I've been browsing the forum for a little over a month now and I thought its about damn time I introduce myself. I'm a 35 y/o black guy living in the bible belt. I grew up in a baptist church but from a very young age, I felt it was crap. When I would question the "experts" only response that i could get was that the bible says so (more crap). Anyway, I just came out of the closet to my parents late last year and it's been tough (for them, not me).

So far, I've seen very concise and thoughtful comments that have really captured my attention. I hope to learn a lot from you guys and gals.
