God has all attributes including evil iniquity.
Deuteronomy 32:4 He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Ezekiel 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
Ephesians 3:8-10 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
God created the attribute of iniquity and placed that capability in Satan. The above quote seems to show iniquity as capable of negating perfection yet scriptures show that perfection is never ending. If it could end, then even God’s perfection would be at risk and this condition is one that God would never create.
All concepts were created for God’s pleasure.
What pleasure do you think God gets from iniquity?

You quoted Deut. 32:4, this verse defeats your whole premise, you should have stopped there and praised God, but no, you continued own without thought or even a plan. No verse you quoted said anything about God creating iniquity, the verse about Lucifer says that iniquity was found in him and yes it destroyed his perfection. God is perfect as you said and so no iniquity is found in Him, as you said God would not create iniquity, so He derives no pleasure from it.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

So you believe that Satan is a co-creator with God and can develop new concepts while scriptures say that God created EVERYTING.
You give Satan a lot of power and dilute your God's.

Scriptures say that Adam blamed Eve for eating and you have God blaming Satan for what God created.

Praise god
Why would a god supposedly perfect and thus incapable of doing other than what he actually did, and yet vain enough to suffer being praised for acting out of necessity, still deserve to be praised?
What stronger evidence can there be that such a god who deserves no praise, ought to demand no praise, should suffer no praise, and yet must be praised is a crass little device manufactured by those barely less stupid than god's child, to justify the iniquity they impose, and excuse their failures in delivering on what they claim to offer in return for acceptance of their tyranny, to minions as stupid as god's child?

Fact of the matter is, whether it was to punish his wayward creations or not, killing people, killing CHILDREN is wrong and evil I don't care who you are, a person or God. Killing, children especially, is wrong.
We as human beings do not kill our children when they make mistakes, even children who are blatantly horrible to their parents, steal money from them, do drugs, lash out at them etc., do all sorts of things that could cause a person to hate them, that spark of love for their CHILD still exists and they don't want to see any harm come to them. We punish them in ways that will help them see, hope it will help them change, and even if they don't change, even if they become worse, we NEVER give up on them and we NEVER would just throw our hands up in the air and kill them and send them to a place where they would burn and suffer for eternity. Hence God could learn from US about mercy and love for ones offspring.
