No. How would you expect me to live with myself, if I'd leave my people with less a chemical engineer to work in their plants, and go work abroads simply to earn a few more zloty?

Well, that makes me feel very warm inside, but seriously, free public education is a reality in many poorer countries, and I simply fail to comprehend why it does not exist in America.
Because education has become a business in the US, instead of a "public" service to educate the population. If your part of a nation you want an educated population. We don't. Yet we want people to attend college, so they can "get a better paying job", it has not been about learning in a long time. It is about payments and interest. Now please correct me if I am wrong. Students have to pay for 10-25 years after the student loan. Who is collecting all this money? Well if it was a government loan, it was loaned to you by the government, with an interest rate of 3.8% or 6.8%, now what if the government also had to loan that money from the fed. They charge an additional interest to the government. So your original loan has compounding interest on it. Not to mention the student once graduates enters at least 10-25 years of debt slavery to pay off said loan. The system is fucked. But it was created this way for a reason. How can we pay for 12 years of "public" schooling, but can't also finace another 4.
Check out these prices for University of Penn. You do the math, and match it with inflation lol. It does not match at all.

The only place Santorum will be President will be in his dreams. He doesn't stand a CHANCE of being elected.

Lots of American hate France because they refused to join in on Bush's gang rape of Iraq.

But the French are way ahead of us in a lot of ways.

When I went to University it was free and there were no private universities in Australia.
Student Union fees of up to about $800 were mandatory. (if you objected you could donate the fees to a nominated charity) The student union provided a vast range of services; EG bookshop, cheap lunches, childcare,on-call doctor, a theatre, coffee shop, tavern and a staggering number of clubs ranging from photography to a gay social club. Because I was a civil servant, my employer paid my union fees.
Today there are several private universities and all universities are user-pays.For local students, fees can be a paid up front or deferred as a loan until your income reaches a certain level.
Today university education here is an industry, with tens of thousands of overseas students ,mainly from Asia.Umm doesn't that mean fewer places for Australian kids?. Well, the universities all vehemently deny such a claim--------.
On topic:If you believe the hyperbole and pork barrelling of a professional politician in full election mode, you get exactly the government you deserve. (Australia certainly did)

Perhaps America deserves Santorum, but to the rest of the world he would be a visitation. Like Dubya was.

Welcome to our little backwater of a nation. A big country filled with lots of people with itty bitty little minds who nonetheless think very, very highly of themselves and each other. So pathetic.

I would, some people need to live long, long lives filled with shame and regret.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
