Why Does God Exist?

My question is simple - what is the purpose of God's existence. Its not a matter of him/her/it existing but the question of WHY?

I posed the same question ages ago. Never really got a good answer. I could add an additional question: Why does god exist?

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.

But seriously, what is the whole purpose of its existence? The existence of the universe, as we know it is just a matter of chance and there was an overwhelming odds against everything being created.

Maybe the question is flawed to begin with. Maybe there just isn't a reason. Maybe that's just what existence is? Does existence need a reason?

Without our creator who made us in his image, we couldn't know anything.

James Holmes acted consistent with what evolution teaches. He evolved from an animal, and when he murdered those people, He acted like one. You can't say he's wrong since evolution made him that way.
