Talking about profit, I think once you start up a faith group, you will automatically profit from member donations. These donations can then by put back into the setup to make it grow. With time, the faith group can become a profitable successful business venture. Of course, this "profit" should not be for member's personal use, but given as charity to the needy.

It's not only atheists, but the believers of other faith can too benefit from the morality that is preached by Chrisitanity. Forgeting the "misinterpreted" parts of the Bible, the rest is a message of love. And love is good.

You STILL haven't figured out that it is a con have you?? Even NOW you are extolling the "fleecing" of a gullible public to support a no existent deity that is so weak it HAS to "use" these fallible men and women to let you know you are loved??

I guess you don't know just how much money preachers get do you. You're being conned. Religion is one big con and many have fallen for it. The whole heaven and hell idea is also a con. You must worship, donate money and not to question all for the false promise of another life....after you're long dead! It's a great scam because so many have fallen for it. It's like those get rich quick scam sites. Where they promise to send you payment in a few days after you first pay anything between £35 to £150 to start. You later find that they send you nothing, won't even respond to your emails and you're down by £30 to £150. They gain you lose. If you can't use your head, then you're easy to fool. You're perfect for religion, they want unquestioning obedient followers. Every corrupt politician wants obedient supporters. Because they won't think for themselves.

Any thing from $AUD60,0000 to $AUD80,000 per year and that was from about 10 years ago here in Australia via the Baptist church. You pastor isn't "poor" (only in spirit) It was (with fringe benefits) enough to raise a Family of four quite comfortably in a high cost suburb in Sydney.
