Take a biology class and find out.

The class can not tell you how it came to life from a seed. The seed is lifeless for all intent and purpose.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Proof positive that you have never taken a biology class.

I see you have the perfect explanation for how life comes from something dead. When you give us that explanation, we can then say, see Christ really did do it.

The seed is not dead. It is essentially hibernating the same way a virus(replicating molecule) can before it comes into contact with proteins or other organic molecules including the DNA of our own cells, inciting chemical reactions causing(what happens here is very complex and involves a multitude of different reactions) the molecule to form copies of itself. When the seed comes into contact with water and the temperature is warm enough the energy required to incite the chemical reactions are reached and the seeds molecules/cells start to replicate.

Once you have a self replicating molecule life occurs.
