@ teaearlgreyhot,Surely you do not see me as Calvinistic, there is no way I believe in predestination or double predestination or most any other Calvinistic view. As a matter of fact, it's your view that is Calvinistic, this is the reason you believe that witnessing does not matter and this can be the only reason, predestination. I'm Southern Baptist and believe all will be given a chance at salvation. Let me clarify this, God will and can use those He desires because of His foreknowledge, Judas and Pharaoh are two examples. God is love, and there is no way I can believe that God would predestine anyone to eternal punishment.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
And meanwhile, those that really need guidance are left behind, because you are here arguing with me. Seems selfish to me that you think of your own desires and wants over spreading the word of God to those truly seeking.
I guess maybe there just aren't that many seeking anymore, so all you really can do is argue with the nonbelievers. Have you converted anyone from here yet?

When we spread the gospel, we do not know personally that it will save someone. If there is a set number of those to be saved and also to be condemned, we do not know it. Acting from what we do know(we must spread the gospel) to "prove" which is going to be saved and condemn. So witnessing isn't pointless because we use it to get an effect. If one does not believe because he was not supposed to, he received in full his reward, which of you atheist are not burden with cross of Christ, you do things we don't do(generally), that is one of the most underling reasons for your disbelief, even if you say it is lack of belief because of evidence, your reward is freedom.

The story told by modern physics might be told briefly in the words 'Humpty Dumpty is falling.' That is, it proclaims itself an incomplete story. There must have been a time before he fell, when when he was sitting on the wall; there must be a time after had reached the ground. It is quite true that science knows of no horses and men who can put him together again once he has reached the ground and broken. But then you wouldn't expect her to. All science rests on observation: all our observations are taken during Humpty Dumpty's fall, because we were born after he lost his seat on the wall and shall be extinct long before he reaches the ground. C.S. Lewis
Replies like that seriously make me want to join a Christian forum so I can debate their false truths until they cry.
Unfortunately, I think the reality is that y'all just like to argue God down people's throats until they puke him out.
You would fair there no better than you do here, so hang around. I do not argue God down anyone's throat, all you have to do is say you do not care to carry on, that will end it.

Did not come here to convert anyone, came here to learn more of what I believe.

Essentially, what you and the other fucktards are saying is that I have no choice. Your douche bag of a god pre-ordained the uber-elite group of terrified gullible ass-kissers to join him in eternity, knowing full well that billions upon billions of us were always destined for a seat in Hellfire. Hey thanx god.
It's just so very stupid. You simply disregard the MASSIVE coincidence that you were born in the right place, in the right time, to the right parents, who just happen to teach you the ONE true religion out of the hundreds, if not thousands that have and do exist on this planet. You just cannot see it can you.
It's likely that sheep in a field think that their shepherd is the only one walking around on earth too. *facepalm*
And were you born under the very same circumstance, and wait what is the difference between you and me, it couldn't be understanding and desire.
You don't comment on the next part. You assume without proof that you are for sure going to hell. And that it is His fault and that you were born and then magically appeared in hell. Your skipping your whole life which is a testament and proof to who you are and what you did. That does not go unnoticed, and is so very important if you do not believe in Christ. Your life without Christ and faith was your reward and you received it in full.
