i get confused with the drug world because i'm not into it. but from what i knew, the syrup shots are a coedine pill with a shot of nyquil as a chaser. i know a lot of people who huff (smoke weed) also do syrup.

whet, i think is enbalming fluid. that one i'm not sure about, but i see people standing like they're leaning against a wall with their eyes closed (and there is no wall). then they just tip over and fall on their face and still don't wake up. that's the reaction from whet. i may never understand why someone would want to do that.

Ok, first off, one does not "huff" weed. One smokes it. Like a cigarette, a cigar is smoked. Or vaped. Never to this day have I heard of weed being "huffed".

"Huffing" is what you do with solvents like glue to induce hypoxia and neural die off, which mimicks a high. Sometimes the volatiles dissolve certain cells such that one feels euphoria, but most of it is hypoxia and tissue damage (and the subsequent internal painkillers being dispersed).

I've gone robotripping quite a few times and can tell you which cough syrups are good to use. I've also got it pure before, which negates the need for smoking pot prior to consuming it.

Hint, it's not NyQuil by any sense of the word (because NyQuil and Dayquil have acetaminophen (Tylenol) that can become toxic over a certain dose.)

Hmmm, it takes a stronger knowledge of drugs than yours, jackman, to judge others, I would think. Yes, there are some drugs that will ruin a person's life. However, you have to also understand that some people don't want life the way you want yours. Some want altered perception. Some truly do want to fuck up their lives. Short of fucking up the lives of other people, we really can't say much about their choices. The thing about your life and everyone else's is that it belongs to you and them individually. I don't care if they contribute in the way I would or contribute more than I would. They are they and I am me.

I just completed a course on Substance Abuse. The government lies to you about drugs, they truthfully do.

So why do people do drugs? All humans need 3 basic psychological needs, the need to be: aroused, satiated, and to escape. A lot of drugs provide escape. To the person who lives in a shanty with no money and no foreseeable future, drugs are especially attractive. Also, drugs are a lot easier and a lot more potent than the natural highs we give ourselves (through accomplishment, exercise, ect). There is also a difference between people who use drugs, abuse drugs and are addicted to drugs. The important thing to remember is treating these people not like criminals, but as people in need to therapy (in the cases of abusers/addicts).

i only used "abuse" because we were talking about the couple versions of drugs that are abused heavily here. then i errantly tried to describe what i thought they were. i thought you came off rather snobbish, just how i read your words, so i told you how i felt about the subject. and i feel the same about it now. this isn't the first time you came at me a little ignorantly (tho in honesty, you've seemed much more cool lately), so it wasn't out of the question for me to think that way reading this past one.

btw, i didn't say "wasted lives", if you quote me, quote me correctly. i said "was a wasteful way to live your life", i don't think i need to point out the distinction. congrats on your being someone's lead developer. it appears you love to let people know how intelligent you are, that's great but i'm not here to stroke any egos. also, i don't think you're a bad guy because of this thread or otherwise, but i am getting worn out with people acting pretentious around here.

for some freethinkers, there are certainly a lot of closed-minded folks, in that it's their way or the highway. there's no rule to what i think and what i say and it's apparent that there isn't for anyone else either.
