You have to be at a certain level of cognitive development to be able to give consent.

Regardless ofu opinion conversation, what, in your opinion is consensual age?

When an individual reaches the Formal Operational stage of development. This is when an individual will have informed insight into the implications of their actions. You're using strawman after strawman.

I'd say around 16 is safe to assume most have reached this stage.
