At this point, I find it more likely that we'll be visiting primitive aliens in about two thousand more years or so.
However, if aliens advanced enough to travel from outside our solar system to Earth did land on Earth, I'm pretty sure the Turks wouldn't have much of a chance at stopping them. 
What falls away is always, and is near.

Odds are that either it'll take centuries before they'll intercept our signals, or that they've been traveling incognito from the beginning and we've never noticed, probably through asteroids. Needless to say, the former is the more likely possibilities.
