Poverty in the USA is a scandal

Here is a potentially controversial one. I am voting for the Green Party candidate, so I do not argue for the laissez-faire direction. Having said that, poor people are popping out way too many kids while knowing they can not be resourceful to those children. I think the poor parents who realize the child will badly suffer from indigence deserve a lot more blame and animosity.

There is a lot of baggage attached with being born in a lower socioeconomic area. The schools are not as good, there is violence, unprotected sex, ect. Imagine how wonderful we could become if we could just raise up the slums. It's not a matter of them trying to get out on their own. It's not very effective. We need to give them better education and more positive role models to look up to.

Hey, that's the ticket, poor people shouldn't have kids. I bet if poor people stopped having kids we'd stop having poor people..lol. Fucking poor people. Pro-tip, no matter how well off you think you may be, somebody out there is looking down their nose at your poor ass thinking "they can't afford kids".

The Roman poor demanded bread and circus, and in return they gave their loyalty to the demoguague who gave that to them. It looks like American poor would settle for even less than the mobs of Palatine hill. American poor seems to be very happy with just circus, whether that is megachurch, talkshow loud mouth, and people marching with tea bags dangling from corner of tricorn hats. They don't even demand bread. This kind of undemanding poor is far to vital for the scum on the political right, and they could have have these poor reproduce fast enough to give them the permanent majority.
A route out of poverty it means one less desperate person willing to settle for bread and circuses.
