Is it a smirk? Or is it a grimace, due to the fact that many atheists are striving to stop themselves just punching the living day-lights out of the theist they are debating with??

To be honest, I smirk sometimes.. but I feel its quite natural.
I do the same thing when my kids say something cute and naive too, like asking when the tooth fairy will be bringing them money for a tooth. Exactly the same thing when people say "Jesus walks behind me".. *smirk*
