Firstly there would be no thought of years/months then so they wouldn't know how long they lived and there certainly wouldn't be a record of it; plus a human would never live to be 800 yrs or so. Secondly Adam and Eve had two sons. Cain killed Abel and then travelled and got married. Who did he marry?????

In prehistoric times--or "pre-Flood' as creationists say--organisms were generally larger. This was a result of a denser, milder atmosphere. Evolutionist scientists can't really explain how the earth arrived at this high-pressure atmosphere, but creationists theorize a water vapor canopy (referenced in Genesis 1:7). Higher pressure allows for thicker body structures and longer life. Judging by the ages in giant tortoises today, large dinosaurs may have lived hundreds of years. The same goes for humans.
Cain married his sister, just as Abraham married his half-sister. At that point complications associated with incest had not yet accumulated. There were also less diseases, allowing for longer lives.

I think you'll find that science has moved on vastly, your opinion is so out dated

Evolutionary scientists (I'm going to assume you mean biologists when you say this) focus their study on living organisms, not the atmosphere. Creationists put forward a hypothesis (not a theory) about a vapor canopy, unfortunately it was a garbage hypothesis, would you like have a long, long discussion as to why that is? Tortoise's (and reptiles in general) longevity has exactly what to do with pressure? Why do those same organisms continue to live fantastically long lives today in the absence of this vapor canopy that never existed to begin with? The same "does not go" for humans, you've been misled. What sister? Oh hell, what cain? That story is so plainly and obviously metaphor (and a fucking good one, no less) that I am literally dumbfounded as to why christians wouldn't want to claim what is perhaps the only redeeming narrative in the entire fucking rag for what it is. People really don't know good fiction when they see it, do they?

The few that did were fit enough to survive--I sound like a natural selectionist. Most didn't. Two-foot cockroaches, giant crickets, grasshoppers, spiders and fleas. Dragonflies with a three foot wingspan. The evidence is undeniable. Google "megafauna" and see. There is a clear correlation between size and age today, so why shouldn't there have been then?

I am not looking to prove this, for even Evolutionists cannot prove their theories on this matter. I gave a Biblical/scientific explanation for why humans could have lived longer in pre-Flood times. I am not going to shift goalposts for you, Rhythm.

The evidence for what, the existence of these creatures? Sure. That doesn't have anything to do with the failed hypothesis you just floated though (since you decided to stay on the subject, and since you insist that I google it, I'm calling massive bs on you btw.)

What do you imagine the clear correlation between size and longevity might be in human beings? What do you think the clear correlation is between size and longevity in reptiles?
(since you've done your research here, of course)

Science is to be trusted when it gives us computers, the internet and a reliable power supply, the use of which is necessary to have these discussions in the first place.

When science tells us what we don't want to hear, like how homosexuality is innate, global warming is real or how evolution is a fact, that's when the entire profession is suspect, overtaken by a cabal of atheists seeking to subvert the entire process of peer review in order to foist a flawed theory upon an unsuspecting public.

Now, I know some of you godless trash are skeptical of the claim that the entire scientific community could be taken over in a grand conspiracy that's been successfully maintained for over a century in an effort that crosses all national borders. I can prove it.

What kind of power would be needed to maintain a grand conspiracy like that? Could it be... maybe...

SATAN?

Who are we True Christians ™ fighting?

SATAN!

Who would benefit from such a conspiracy? People? No. There's not enough money to be made in the promotion of evolution.

SATAN!

See, it all falls nicely into place. You can't deny that. The only alternative would be to think that the science is correct and that can't be because the Bible says otherwise.

When you say it in such a matter of fact, Mr. Science way like this, it's really funny. Can you imagine a Nova episode dedicated to a serious presentation of creationism with a Loren Green voice over? That would really be funny.
