Interesting question. According to the Bible, the only people hurt or killed by Satan were those he hurt or killed with God's direct permission in the book of Job.
Meanwhile, God makes a regular habit of demanding his people kill this guy, that guy, that nation, anyone who does something I don't like and that's not even to mention a world wide apocalypse with Noah's ark.
So I'm going to say God has killed a whole fuck of a lot more people than God. Yet to believers, there is only one evil: disagreement with God. Thing is, if your God is evil, is it really wrong to disagree with it?

Due to complicated mechanisms in belief, it seems to the Nugganites that Nuggan sets a new Abomination every few days. And so therefore he does. The Book of Nuggan (holy text of the Nugganites) is published in a large ring-binder, so that new Abominations can be appended as they are set forth by Nuggan. The Nugganites call it a living testament, a holy book that truly grows.
It has now been proven that Nuggan is effectively insane. By the end of Monstrous Regiment, he has declared babies and the color blue to be Abominations.

Actually, now I come to think of it, maybe we have got this god? It would certainly explain a hell of a lot of the OT...

A theist would have to judge God to answer you. They will not yet somehow have judged God good.
Not judged but judged nevertheless. Christians are weird and constantly do what they say we are not to do. Judge God.
