And you aren't going to change it this close to an election. Voting for someone else now is pointless.

By that reasoning, if you don't live in a swing state, voting for anybody but the guy whose going to carry your state anyway is pointless. I live in SC. Romney is going to carry this state no matter what I do. Is it pointless for me to vote at all?

Except that it's the leftwing screwing this country up. I agree that a splitting vote can be a hot button issue, but it is his vote.

Who made that deficit in the first place? Reagan.

Who lowered it? Clinton (and passed on a massive surplus)

Economies cannot be turned round by just cutting like the Republicans want. If that happens the economy will shrink, drastically, and the debt will become higher as a % of GDP, which is the yardstick used.



Had Clinton era policies continued, the US would be on solid ground now, but no, as usual the Republicans have to ruin the economy. They've not balanced the budget since Eisenhower, why on earth would anyone believe their ideas will work now?

I always thought of atheists as independent thinkers who, at least in the context of religion, do not conform to the majority. Surely, that does not make them infallible, but this is really clear. Both Obama and Romney are mouthpieces for Goldman Sachs and corrupt corporations. Now, I am not claiming that anyone who disagrees with Jill Stein is wrong. I am open to the idea that supporters of Gary Johnson and Ron Paul could be right, or that Jill Stein could turn out to be another demagogue.

But seriously, where is the independent thinking (or even advocacy of independent thinking) of Moros Synackaon? You are going to hop on the bandwagon of people who support the Goldman Sachs candidate? Why? Because so many people already have? I get it. Throw your arms up in the air, give up, and piss all over the citizens of the world like everybody else to mitigate the short-term oppression... I guess I have more in common with Gary Johnson supporters, Ron Paul supporters, non-voters, and others who oppose the poor voting of the masses instead of joining it.
