even though its mocking my favourite writer that video is amazingly funny
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Yeah, Doug (the Nostalgia Critic, aka That Guy With The Glasses) does great work. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share a prime example!
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Iron Sky.
It tried too hard to be funny and ended up just being obnoxious. The jokes were too obvious as if they thought the viewers would have been too stupid to have gotten them. It was like those political cartoons where everything is labeled because the artist thought you wouldn't have gotten the obvious metaphor.
My ignore list

I wish that they'd made Green Lantern a great deal better in terms of its storyline. It has such a rich history of villains and stories to choose from, and they choose to make the villains Hector Hammond controlled by Parallax who was in fact not the original Parallax at all, but Krona who had been infected by yellow fear energy, and who was defeated by dropping him into the sun. A Guardian can annihilate a star with a single thought.
They could have done a much better job on the story in stead of fiddling around with the effects so much.
On the other hand I did rather enjoy their depictions of the various lanterns and the Guardians themselves.
If you believe it, question it. If you question it, get an answer. If you have an answer, does that answer satisfy reality? Does it satisfy you? Probably not. For no one else will agree with you, not really.

The Dark Knight Rises. Total letdown. Basically Batman as channeled through the Star Wars prequels. Stripped out everything that made Batman the character interesting or enjoyable and slapped it into a generic hero suit.
And the pedestrian story, jeesh. "Grasshopper, snatch the pebble from my hand... Oop! Try again. Next year."
