I got a cold yesterday, but I did a bit of arms at the gym (went there for 15 minutes only). I just did dumbbells for arms.
Still sick today.

I remember him making a thread in which he told that he was leaving these forums for good.
Edit: Nevermind; didn't see that he posted elsewhere recently. I've been playing sports - mainly floor hockey, but also indoor soccer and volleyball. I stopped going to the gym for a while after I injured myself probably from not doing enough stretches. Lower back. However I been going to the gym last few weeks. Thanks for asking.
I think playing sports is far better than going to the gym anyway. I feel like the gym's main purpose should be training for sports anyway.
Low carb, low fat, higher protein, no sugar, low sodium(this matters trust me), calorie count around 1500-2000 a day lots of water! Proper vitamin intake and you should be all good. If you want get it off faster try intermittent fasting. The hodgetwins have some quick info on that. They are on youtube. This is my diet and it is awesome. Lots of energy and healthier mentality if you exercise the diet need to be changed up a little good luck

Besides losing weight and toning up, do you have a particular goal in mind besides? Dumbells are excellent...have you tried super setting your reps, (i.e. for your chest...after completing a set of dumbell flys go directly into a dumbell press as many reps as you can). Super setting will really give you some results. Also, you want to mix up your routines so you're just not repeating the same exercise all the time. Your muscles will get used to a routine...if you're sick, you definitely want to take the time to rest...and to eat....good luck. Hmmm maybe, and this is just a thought, you could do both? You know diet and exercise. But i'm sure controlling a diet may to difficult and to hard for some people. Hmm maybe that has something to do with the weight. Just maybe.
So, I am getting married next Christmas Don't have an exact date set since it depends on the locale I'm able to acquire. But, what I've found to work exercise wise (I lost 25lbs in 2wks last fall!) is that Jillian Michaels knows what works. And what works is alternating muscle groups and keeping your heart rate up for 20min/day. The alternating muscle groups thing tricks your body into burning the fat! Keeping your heart rate up is good cardio. Also from my sister whose in nursing school: apparently 80% of weight loss is your diet. I try to stick to under 1500 calories but I'm only 5'1" and a girl.
Granted, I cussed her out the entire video but I highly recommend Jillian Michaels' multi level workout video: the results were worth it and the 20min go by fast! She also helps you stretch before and after. Lately I've just been doing the gym, but I think I'll get back to the video Justin seems to have it down: no un-needed sugar, LOTS of water. Oh and just being active is good too Staying busy is always good for body and mind.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite. Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment. Quote:Some people deserve hell. I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong. |
