because if it was anything other, the question would be the same Smile This question would be posed at all cases. Smile

I would concur with this while offering a slightly different angle by way of illustration, which isn't original to me but I'll claim title to it if I can get away with it (a fundamental part of which involves me killing everyone who just read that little confession, I'm afraid). Anyway, the question that I have seen posed goes something like: why is the Universe composed of matter instead of antimatter? To which the answer came back: if it was made of antimatter, we'd simply call it matter. I know it doesn't really add much to the topic at hand but since the question reminded me of it, I thought - no doubt totally incorrectly - it might be an interesting little anecdote.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Why is life the way it is?
What was outside the Big Bang?
Could life have happened in a way we cannot perceive? (Like having 67 dimensions and totally different laws of physics, etc)

These questions aren't thoroughly detailed but...meh, I'm only 16...

Those without keen interest in advanced physics and yet ponder these questions are setting themselves to become idiots and followers of idiots.
