Well aware of that. That could probably have been worded better. As I mentioned before, by that point, I was more holding out for a meeting with Frank Oz, who voiced a good portion of my favourite Muppets.

Were you aware that Frank Oz was also a puppet? What used to be called a "Huppet" by the puppet industry in the early 1920's - voiced by Mel Blanc.

That's sad. Even if the guy's accusations are true, it will be very difficult to prove it "beyond the shadow of doubt" at this point.

He accepted the settlement and signed an affidavit confirming it was an adult relationship.

While people can always pressure you to sign illegal contracts, if you actually do sign it, you've essentially stated you've read the terms anyways and agreed to it.

That's why you don't sign illegal or false contracts.

The accuser has accepted money and signed accordingly -- that's going to be mighty hard to explain to the judge that it's a false affidavit.
