It's still the same comparison, the individuals that go to a hospital *everyday* are the ones that work there.

You know that there are first world countries that are not the US that also allow private gun ownership to one degree or another, such as Switzerland, Canada, Norway. All of them have low murder rates. Switzerland and Norway have no higher murder rates than the rest of Europe.
