The most important aspect of 'the physics of Guinness' is the beverage's ability to alter local gravitational fields in the immediate vicinity of the test subject. This is often expressed as the Fuxxake-But-Dat-Floor's-Comin-Up-At-Me-Arful-Feckin-Quick-So-It-Is phenomenon.

It also creates a spacetime ripple that makes keyholes to move around a lot.
