Even multi-regionalists acknowledge that the genus homo arose in Africa.

OoA as a theory in itself includes a lot of assumptions, some of which, have been dismissed by recent studies...such as the no interbreeding between HSS and HNS.

It doesn't really surprise me, since extinction is a major force in evolution, and climate change is a major cause of extinction. I'm not surprised that all three are linked together. It saddens me the fascinating science that some miss out on.
