This gives you a long list of what to do when dating a Christian girl, one says this:

We used to have a smoker's church in the Netherlands.

Their spiritual leader appeared in a live christian televison show, honouring his god through smoking cigars, excellent stuff. Unfortunately some high court dismissed their effort...while they had a holy book, members, rituals and the promise of an after-life. Oral sex was not allowed, because the mouth is only used for smoking .
