It`s not so much the snow I hate, but it`s side effects.

There`s the cold and as a result of the cold hardly any singles out there.
There`s the ice, and there is the fact that despite the fact that road conditions would require each participant in daily traffic to drive more carefull and more considerate towards other drivers everyone drives like a fucking suicide bomber closing in on his final destination,
Then there is something we here refer to as "Der Matsch" which would translate to "mud", thereby refering to the mixture of melting snow, loose chipings and dogshit which will pave the sidewalks and roads everywhere within a few days of winters beginning.
And there`s Puntsh or Brandwein, a disgusting german alcoholic drink which everyone thinks has to be drunk during winter.

And of course worst of all, Dutch skiing tourists.
