Conversations get pretty boring when everyone agrees, don't they? Okay, so here goes...
No way do I believe that a gay relationship is a natural and normal thing. It's all nonsense! Our bodies are not constructed to accommodate same gender sex. I don't buy into gay marriage either. Gay marriage is a perversion, a distortion of real marriage, between one man and one woman. Britain has finally succumbed to the bullying and intimidation by gay and leftwing activists. I only hope that the people here in the U.S. will stand their ground to oppose gay marriage.

Nine states in the U.S. have gay marriage and two others recognize gay marriages by other states. If I were gay (and wanted to get married) I would move forthright to one of those states. I don't think that whether or not homosexuality is natural or not is that important of an issue. So I don't really see the U.S. as having some firm stand against gay marriage. You could get married as homosexuals in some parts of the U.S. before you could anywhere in Europe.

I honestly can't understand the opposition do this. It doesn't affect anyone else's marriage. The argument that historically marriage has been between one man and one woman are untrue. Even from a biblical perspective, Jesus never condemned homosexual anything, (but he did condemn divorce.)

1) How are you defining the words "natural" and "normal"? For instance, if it were proved that being gay is natural (i.e. not a "lifestyle choice" as a lot of anti-gay people claim), would you accept gay relationships, or are you basing what is "natural" on something else?

I'm basing 'natural' and 'normal' in this instance on the physical anatomy. God / nature / evolution, your preference, did not equip our bodies for same gender sex. I.E., the rectum is not designed for anal sex or to receive foreign objects. Continued 'rectal sexual trauma' can lead to various colo-rectal diseases and conditions like prolapse, infections, bowel perforations, and in more extreme cases, rectal cancer. On the otherhand, nature has provided our bodies with the proper and natural organs for male / female sex...male / female sex is natural and normal. 2) If someone loses their genitals, their bodies are no longer constructed to accommodate any form of sex. Does that mean they are unable to have a relationship with someone in your eyes? My point being, do you see relationships as purely about sex, or do you admit that people can have relationships without sex being a factor or even a necessity? There are, for example, many straight asexual couples who have no interest in sex whatsoever, but their relationships are based on spending time with each other.

If you're talking about some guys getting together for a few beers over the weekend to watch the big game, for example, no. There's nothing wrong with that. I also believe that people can still be friends and have relationships and bonds despite their deep and striking differences in opinions. I imagine that it would have always been a cultural thing...A rational thinking culture would realize that gay / lesbian sex and relationships are unnatural and would rather legitimize the natural relationship between a man and a woman.

4) Marriage was at one point, in your own country, defined as between one man and one woman of the same race. Was that also a perversion of real marriage? Do you accept that the definition of marriage has changed over the years?

Interracial marriage between a man and a woman can't be considered a perversion of real marriage. Both the male and female are anatomically correct for each other and they can produce off-spring. Let gays and lesbians do that one. The definition of marriage hasn't changed for everybody...If there were more of a debate about this issue I believe a lot more people would decide against gay marriage.

Oh, and FYI, the people who brought this bill to parliament were conservatives.

Interracial marriage between a man and a woman can't be considered a perversion of real marriage. Both the male and female are anatomically correct for each other and they can produce off-spring.
