Why did god made death?

What a weird idea. To create living things from nothing is already over the top of course. Once the stuff was made to live, did it die off because the 'living' part was hard to sustain or did God have to deliberately design mechanisms to end that life? Of course a designed cosmos is already way out there as an idea.

This might help you to see how christians think. It's especially impacting to realize that there are christians who have given their lives because they thought so much of what they believed in that they believed the sacrifice was worth it.

Like if god loves us,and he wants us to be happy why did he create death then(and all other painful experiences for that matter) It's like life is shit anyway and what do you get at the end death is this like an bonus or something?

And why didn't he just put us in heaven in the first place why do we need to be on earth first then go to heaven?
