Religion is a unique matter to humans
It isn't all based on proofs but on something inside your heart (Islam calls it Fitra or instinct)
According to Islam all people are born Muslims

Practicing Islam will increase the faith in your heart
Because when you follow God's commands (even without believing); God will start to like you and get you closer to him

That is why most people in countries that was occupied by Muslim converted to Islam

You're pointing out the obvious: brainwashing will brainwash.

Also, please speak with Drich. You're living proof that a religious person can make themselves believe in their god if they desire it badly enough.

Not all people are alike!
If your way is just rough proofs, I'll give you that.
Then if you cannot refute the proof you will not have any option but to accept Islam even if you don't like it!

It isn't certain that there is an afterlife. The only thing we know is that we live here and now. Because of that, I won't follow a murderous, misogynistic, hateful, vile, unforgiving and psychotic god with his dumbass sheep of a congregation. And if only True BelieversTM are the ones to get into 'heaven', I'd rather choose hell, where my peers and friends would be.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

According to statistics as I stated, there is a possibility of God and afterlife (unless you can prove otherwise)

Based on your statement you have hate, why are you denying something on God that you do yourself?

That is your (and every human) choice

I think your problem is that you don't want to be a "SALVE" which all of us are!
It is totally illogical and contradicting

Let's start with a new old topic
Pascal's Wager

I"ll put the statement which I'm trying to prove first

Atheism is a very weak position to take, (Anything is better than nothing)

P(G) is the probability of God existence (which is >0 unless you can prove that God doesn't exist)

V the value of your life
P(V) the probability of your death

P(G)/(P(V)xV) will go to infinity as your life is coming to an end
But as you don't know when are you going to die, you should embrace a religion NOW!

Are you for real??
~P(G) >>>>>>> P(G)
Hence, using your own calculations
~P(G) /(P(V)xV) will go to an even greater infinity...

Try again.

What do you mean?

As your life is becoming shorter, and value you are putting for it, is going to = 0

As the probability of God is >0 (even if it is a very small number)

the comparison will goes to infinity in favor of religion

The probability of No God, even if it is very close to 1, has no effect on your death (I think you missed your math lessons at school)

yeah... I may have missed the class that taught that something close to 0 e greater than something close to one...

Notice I left the denominator the same as yours, so that part is the same!
The numerator, in your case, is close to zero... in my case, it's close to one.

You're so right MS.

I'm converting to the Norse gods, Odin, Freya etc.

Sorry, but Valhalla sounds like a shitload more fun than your dreary Allah.

What statistics, where are the studies? Are you unaware of the burden of proof? It's on you, buddy.

Hate for what? A fictional character? Sorry, but King Jeoffery irked me more than any god ever has.
And what exactly do you suggest I do myself? I'm not a murderer, I'm definitely not misogynistic, I'n neither hateful, unforgiving or psychotic. Vile I might be, but that is in the eye of the beholder.

A salve as in a medical ointment used to soothe the head or other body surface? Maybe you meant slave. Indeed, in one way or another all are, but at least I do no shackle myself willingly and intellectually to the teachings of ignorant men from decades ago. And how so illogical and contradicting? Please elaborate.
