Let's say that racists are right, that the race(s) they hate is in some empirical way inferior to their own race (e.g. in capacity to think, to learn, to create, etc), how should that race(s) be treated? Should their rights be the same as the "superior" race?

I would say that, in order to prove this, make sure that there's no ambiguity about nature vs. nurture by putting them on as even a keel as humanly possible, so that, if it is true, nobody can blame it on their environment.

I don't know how you could prove that, I think it's known sort of that most black people have some white european genetics in them. So say for example if black people were scientifically proven to be inferior how would that work?
Also i think it would be impossible to maintain any sort of human rights abuses against a race, i know if someone told me because i have polish in my family I'm inferior and that they are going to try and oppress my family I'd try my hardest to kill them.
The best thing to do is let natural selection sort things out.

It doesn't matter if it conforms to reality. A consistent ethical system should be able to address all conceivable situations. This is a conceivable situation even though it isn't a real situation.

Most of the debates on a religious forum don't confirm or conform with reality.

It would matter if scientists all of a sudden united in their opinion that one race was inferior
