Just Canada and Mexico, but that is not for a lack of desire.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

Well. Lichtenstein is one of the smallest countries in the world a very little constitutional monarchy, so is Luxenburg - which is a little bit bigger. Alot of people have been to Luxenburg without even knowing it since one passes through on various travel routes - just like Belgium and Lichtenstein.
Slovenia is to the south of Austria and a pritty decent and small country - it is a small stop on the way to Croatia but worth staying 1 or 2 days.
I have been to Slovakia purely through accident, I was soooo drunk at a festival in the Czech Republic that a bunch of people convinced me to go with them to get drunk in a few bars there.
Kazhakstan use to be part of Russia and later of the Ussr. I was there as a little boy with my mum and dad.
And Switzerland isnt a country. It`s a swamp.

USA, Canada.
But...isn't it much easier to go to a lot of countries in Europe because they are all smaller, rather than traveling across states instead? (How tight is border patrol? Do you need to wade through bureaucracy to travel across Europe?)

There is not only no bureacracy here.
We have inter rail. that`s a train ticket, it costs 300 -500 euros and you can travel through all of europe on train for 2 months.

I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Goddammit! I've never even left the USA. And, for that matter, I've only ever been East of Indiana twice in my life; once to go to Washington DC (age 8) and once to go to New York (age 21).
