Gnedenko & Khinchin's An Elementary Introduction to the Theory of Probability is very well-written and quite accessible. Spivak's Calculus is a classic. And while Hatcher's Algebraic Topology is much further out there, it's full of miraculous goodness.

Now that you mention this though, I think I'm going to doodle a proof of Cauchy-Schwarz in the bibles of any hotel rooms I stay at in the future.

Nummrical isn't a real word. I assume that you mean Numerological but just have no idea what you are actually talking about. Numerology has about as much value as astrology (i.e. none)

Almost every religion attempts to make some Numerological claim. The idea that those in the Qu'ran are you unique just goes to show that you either haven't looked into it, or just haven't thought about it.
