Apparently, several courts, newspapers and independent articles and blogs all seem to think gay marriage bans are unlawful. You guys will sit here and say that they aren't just to support your position of abortion not being murder because it isn't consider "unlawful".

Actually, it would technically be correct, in that murder is a legal term. If the laws were radically changed, the killing of bacteria could be murder and the killing of people not.
This says nothing about the im/morality of the laws.
